Moz has the best Alexa rank, out of the 4 good tools:
Moz - 354
Semrush - 630
Ahrefs - 1133
Majestic - 2564
Semrush used to be on the top of list like this, around a year ago. Alexa Rank can be manipulated too, I am not sure if to this extent though. They are probably ranking for a lot of seo things. They marketing is good, but the Open Site Explorer is not as good.

Open Site Explorer is not bad actually, it is good. I would also look at how it compares to the other two in terms on the amount of data, and price. If these are good (price probably isnt) it should be good. Majestic is cheap, more data. Ahrefs probably the best, but I am not sure.
