E bay merchants steal the shit and Pal Pal processes it. Almost EVERY one of my stolen movies on DVDs are being sold on e Bay ( processed by Pay Pal) by thieves, yet Pay Pal will not process my site because it has "naked lesbian vampires". I used to complain and they told me to file a lawsuit in Delaware or some other shitty state and sue the merchant
