You keep mentioning 2001. You didn't own the name back then. You just got the domain name and are trying to pass off as the original owner.

Does it really matters here that the whois is fake or privacy protected or anything? What are u trying to prove here? No one is trying to scam here, Its on sell on sedo, buyer is anyways protect buying from there.
Regarding domain name being listed for $9999, please check it was on sale before it dropped. Check web archives its there since 2001, This domain name was never available for register since 2001 beside it dropped recently and i got it. I have already mentioned about it in the posts before.
