Sounds like an expanded version of what that Emjay guy was doing with the MyPhoneSite platform awhile back (DialAPornStar).
Of course, MPS didn't pay me my last affiliate payout that I was supposed to get back in September 2014 and hasn't answered any emails, support tickets, etc., so go dominate that market!
