I can understand how that would look suspicious, but on my facebook I chose to keep 99.9% of my personal life off of it and my family is fully aware of this. They haven't posted anything about gofundme because I told them not to. In either case, as I mention, I can see how this can look strange, but I would never and have never taken advantage of anyone.
I do things more privately because my gf wants it that way. I can go on and on and on explaining why, but it's just how she is and I will respect that. I do know that all this privacy and lack of things is not helping the cause, but I just wanted to try another place that may have been helpful so I posted here.
All I can say is that I am being 100% honest. I have no reason to lie and would never take advantage of anyone.
