the thing is people aren't buying potential
if you do this, this, and this, it will be worth more....that doesn't really matter. Its like saying pay more for my house because when you renovate it the value will increase
Site is worth 6-8 months what it makes now when it comes to adult, to be honest there are not that many people walking around with cash to spend despite what you hear.
You can take my advice or leave it, I have likely bought more sites on here than almost anyone though so I have a pretty good gauge of the market
