Ok, but keep in mind the "witch doctor pointing a bone" potential of how much your pre-established belief system tells you "I feel this way because it said it was sativa".
Also, the freshness and the curing method will each play a significant role in what is going on with the THc and CBDs etc., so you can experience an indica that is peppy and or a sativa that is drowsy just based on that.
Also, I am deeply aware of issues with testing facilities in both CA and WA. There is only one lab that we have found to produce consistent results with triple blind testing of same exact samples. The others have HUGE variance and so we are very skeptical of their lab procedures etc. So when you say you trust the dispensary - what lab are they trusting? The lab they send samples to or the lab that their producers publish results from?
I have been in line at labs and heard BHO producers refuse to do solvent screenings based on the additional cost which just freaked me right the fuck out. O-pen just got nailed for not disclosing the high rate of solvents in their product even though they claimed it was pure co2 derived; they were also using entane/butane/etc to increase yield and potency but not letting patients/consumers know.
So, not trying to be a downer contrarian but these are some realities to consider.
