behaving like a spoilt child apparently means that person is racist. Who knew.
I won't bother pointing out that those who think it's ok, are obviously ok with smacking the boss in the mouth, so if they offer you work, they are giving you free reign to punch them should you get annoyed - no reason to stick a black mark against them for that POV.
