There are still people like myself who prefer a B&M store where they can look at the actual products on the shelf and talk to a salesperson. Our local Best Buy has quite a few very knowledgeable sales staff who have been very helpful over the years with advice. sure but they've said before that the can't compete with the online discount electronic sites. both bestbuy and futureshop were always busy around here. maybe over time they'll reduce stores but what a lot of people tend to do is check out an item in person and then go online and buy it cheaper somewhere else.
