It was not cookied, showed up for me as well, it was just ridiculously small long tail keyword, which was super easy to rank (he created long tail titles youtube video and it was on google's first page for that long tail)
Was pretty funny for "seo expert" to brag about "achievement" like that
Basically - you create youtube video titled "xxjay have some crazy issues" and the brag that when you google search that exact phrase, you (and others) see said youtube video on the first google page.
