LOL. I am going to take this literally and say that you don't need a toilet to poop (cleanly).
But the issue is well known. Especially because of "decency" women often go to poop/ piss only after dark (not only in India). You know, you have to hold all the day and go to poop/ piss in the dark. If it is not obvious, it inceases risk to getting raped, and many women indeed get raped while they go to take a poop.
