I paid /pay a flat fee to a girl.
I tell her what I want and what I'm paying and if she agree then the rest is up to her. If she flakes or gets up to piss 200 times during the shoot or doesn't keep her male partner hard in between stills then I don't hire her again. That's how business works... you pay your money and you take your chances.
On that note I remember one cam site from about 15 or so years ago. All of the girls I knew who were on it were very happy with "the extra income" they were earning. But the cam site turned around one day and introduced a feature called
Voyeur View.
It was a small thumbnail-ish video feed that allowed surfers to look in on the girl without paying her first. As I was told almost over night the girls started to earn jack shit and were being told that it's their fault they're not making money. The cam site on the other hand had traffic go through the roof and I'm sure they had ways to monetize it. End result was the cam site won but the girls lost.
Sorry but the cam sites are just getting free content like the tube sites. They burn through so many girls that it can make you dizzy just thinking about it. Like everything else in this biz the day will come when cams die out either for lack of girls buying into the false promises, maturbators finally getting bored or some new technology fad will make them obsolete.
