All bs aside, if you know people who have been through this as I do, it's easy to show the prescribed meds/doses to give instant clarity as to the type of cancer and progression, not to mention all the paperwork, cards and flowers, tons of well wishes from anyone that knows that person and 10x more from those who don't.

Clearly, he is lying and in my view, this is the worst from of lying.... The kind of lies that make good people not want to help others in desperate need. And this is not his first time and not the first time when others instantly felt something was not right.
