I'm done with my digging, and am stepping back.

I've forwarded what I've noticed to 3 people. What they do with it, is up to them (if they want to dig further at all)

I think with his complete lack of care about any of this, it's not out of line to demand some sort of answers for the people who donated, or the people who were going to donate (including myself and a few others who pledged 1000 for proof)

Taking advantage of peoples good will is the lowest thing someone can do, and hopefully it's not the case but it's looking like it is
