You know, sir, I don't know you and I don't know how much money was involved but at this point you have to ask if it's worth your time and energy. I've been fucked over by non-pays and guys I hired who took the money and ran, but aside from letting other people in the industry know (and maybe putting up sites in their name explaining what happened) it always seemed to me that it was better to move on.
Your time is worth money. Spend your time on making money, not on chasing after this rat bastard.
