From what I understand, Paxum is not setup like a real financial services company should be. Then again, I would not expect a guy who made his living selling penis pills to know how to properly set one up. I inherently do not trust a guy who made his money buy ripping desperate guys off with bogus claims.
AFAIK, she is in Mexico. Paxum is in Canada. Their support is somewhere else. Not that uncommon, except: even as their top rep, she's not allowed access to the information that would allow her to do her job properly. Nor is she allowed to exercise proper judgement and get shit done by hitting buttons herself.
I've given her shit out of frustration, but its not really her fault, IMHO. Paxum runs well enough when things are fine, but you start to see the stresses in their company when something goes wrong. In other words, Paxum has been lucky.
FWIW, Epassporte used to hide a lot of information from their main rep, too. Companies have to be able to trust a key person to be able to exercise proper judgement and get something done. Neither Epassporte or Paxum seemed (and seem) to be good at doing that.

"Real" Financial Services Companies don't and can't have all customer data info and controls in the hands of one person. There's processes and procedures and laws and directives and compliance issues and you should take comfort in the fact that Ruth can't just open her laptop and see your whole life and move yours and everyone else's money all over the place at the touch of a button.
