Expensive property is not really critical to me (yeah, after living in Moscow nothing can be expensive to you ;)). I just don't want to live in a place where every single creature is gonna kill you (spiders, crocodiles, snakes, jellyfishes, platypus and even magpies). Sorry, but I pass
The Mohave valley with its snakes and scorpions was enough to me and I don't consider visiting Australia
