When I was in ranger school I hit 160+ pu and 130+ sit ups in 2 minutes and could PT for hours... did the 2 mile in the +/- 10min range. Not having pt'ed in 25 years I believe I could hit the 100 for my age at the standard army pt chart. Like anything else physical technique is everything.
