In fact... I bookmarked it this morning. It's good to have goals.
Last year my goal was to loose weight. I walked into Phoenix Forum thirty pounds lighter so I am thrilled to death. My goal for the next year is to loose thirty more pounds, which will put me at a good weight, and now I could try to meet the minimum PT standards for the US Army. I was planning on doing something something and even bought weights for it, so this fits right into my plans.
I have a neat idea... Why don't you bookmark this thread, and bring it up next April and we'll see where I stand.
