Not a lot.
Most of those purchasing ip space outright are companies like Microsoft, data centers, ISP's or alike. You might get an occasional ad network in there, but my point is that the buyers are looking for larger allocations typically. Most of those I hear from are looking /19 - /16's, which are a pretty penny at market value.
You can pick up /22's, /21's and such here and there. The key really comes down to the ability to transfer the allocation. By that I mean, you will need to transfer the ASN/LIR as if you're buying a company. Otherwise, unless legacy, you are going to have issues from the RIR justifying the space and they could reclaim a part of it.
All the same, it's an interesting market whether leasing or purchasing.
