Being a citrizen or not, doesn't gang affilation with Class A felony equals (if convicted) which in these cases a slam dunk. I read punishable by ten years in prison. Correct me if I am wrong, but as far as the illegals I would say send them back to their country. Only if they were not allowed back into the U.S. But that also is not possible he/she would be back within a month. Because the borders are wide open. Our punishments have no teeth to them anymore we are weak as a country.
