And the only thing "just because" about this particular shot would be if it was a training exercise. But if it's a shot of actual deployment going on then there is no "just cuz" about it.
Nice to see Crucifissio in here singing his same old song. He's still peeved over the fact that the USA, NATO, the UN, UK, Canada, and basically the entire rest of the world had something to say about his country's desire to turn their neighboring province's cities and towns to ash.
