Why should NASA go to Europa? Sure the cheese and the wine is pretty good, and we're getting a good exchange for the dollar right now, but have you experienced the smell on a airport terminal transfer bus during the summer in Europa? Don't even get me started about the lack of good Air conditioning and not enough ice in the cocktails....
I think that NASA should go to Colombia instead. Hot women.
