Not something I would do. To me it seems somewhat similar to a content model later wanting to buy back her videos and have them taken down from a paysite. The bigger issue is if that profile has already been spidered and aggregated elsewhere, they can't take it down 'from the entire internet' anyway.
That's why reputation management is such a rapidly growing field and why I do so much work for clients in that regard. Securing your online persona, differentiating it from aliases, diluting unwanted references and constructing references you find more favorable are worthwhile strategies that pay off more and cost less if you start them before you have a reputation problem to overcome.
