You would NOT want to face the legal team that iFriends has to bring to the table. Trust me. At the same time, they do not want to introduce themselves into a potential lawsuit nor be respondents in one... which they would more or less have to be if a lawsuit was brought up. If nothing else, they maybe could help them out. iFriends has very little to worry about as far as competition against OP goes. Many of his girls work for them too, I am sure. Most cam girls work multiple sites.
