Do you mean affiliate programs that try to be dishonest and cheat/ripoff their affiliates, but keep it legal by burying fucked up clauses in their Terms of Service?

4. Commission Fee Payments
Payment of Commission Fees is made by bank wire transfer. Payments are made twice monthly (approximately on or about the 1st and 15th of every month, or the next business day if the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday) and are two weeks in arrears.
We reserve the right to require an initial one-time $500 holdback for our administrative purposes. You must reach a minimum of 200.00 in at least one currency to request payment in connection with your account.
