What King illustrated is that the "reverse racism" works just as fine as an actual "racism".
In fact all those that play the race card at any given chance they get, that define their existence as "victims" (while they're very well aware they do that to benefit themselves, to give them a privilege), are just as bigoted, demagogic and pathetic as the lowest level scum white power supremacists.
Political correctness really is the worst thing that could ever happen to the community, because it enables the worst to come out, to embarrass and self destruct the community and its image to the lowest common denominator.
If we use boxing analogy it's like if you can hit low over and over and nobody can call you out on it, cause you don't have to abide the same rules and if they did call you out on it they would get disqualified. And then you get surprised the other side gets infuriated. So are you really surprised there is a tension between these two camps?
Of course it would help to stop trading low blows, so why does one still do this? because one can. Yet that still doesn't make it any less pathetic.
