If google really ranks based on users experience then why....
Check out any of the spam attracting keywords, like those in the pharmacy field or financial fields, and you will see that a large number of the top ranking sites employ redirects. i.e. the page that is shown to google is completely different from the page that is shown to the visitor.
So, if google really does base ranking heavily on bounce rate, interaction with page and other quality measures, how do these sites continue to rank when google should be able to record that the visitor spends only a fraction of a second on the original page before being bounced somewhere else?
