Ha finally my hometown gets some "Florida Man" news.. The street they said was like a couple of blocks from the house a grew up. Those streets were my stomping ground when I was a kid.
I can't imagine it could of gone down hill enough in that area for someone to being doing bath salts. Maybe he was hiding out on the golf course doing drugs or something and then wandered through the neighborhood.
