An ex con with a gun and committing an impulsive act, surprise surprise. A two year old that was allowed to dart into the street, though we all know at that age they scoot pretty quick, was the most tragic. Then the innocent driver that hit him, which I believe was totally unavoidable. Of course the felon with the gun was firing away with hell bent revenge, thus shooting his nephew in the process. I've no doubt this thug was also drunk as well. The good news, he did himself in as a coward to avoid a lifetime in prison.
