There is no justifying behavior like that so stop even trying.
Yes everyone gets mad and feels like they din do nuffin from time to time (sounds familiar) but it's how they react that makes them a decent, civil person or a piece of living, breathing cow dung. She has placed herself as one who deserves the latter description in my opinion.
