Good advice.
I do read an analog book when having issues with sleeping, I just thought that I would add that in for the younger folks of the board that may not understand what it's like to read an actual paperback.
I am not sure I buy all that it has to say, either way? I prefer turning pages. It kind of adds to the whole reading experience if you know what I'm saying.
