I think it's a requirement to have sleep issues if you work at home. I spent so many nights working overnight (as most of you probably have) and sleeping during the day switching schedules was near impossible.

Now I do sleep at night, and wake up early, but I need assistance to sleep. I much prefer sleeping at night and being awake during the day.
