I'm lights out seconds after my head hits the pillow. I'm a nut about making sure all light is blocked in my bedroom. That includes the tiniest LED light on the AC, and I cover my alarm clock with a black shirt, because it's impossible to find one that doesn't have a digital display as bright as the sun.

Actually, I have a rant for the makers of bedroom electronics. Stop putting LED lights all over everything...or at least have a fucking dimmer switch. Someone got me a nice baby monitor when my daughter was born, but I had to add black tape to the front of it because there's a gyrating LED light on the front that looks like one of the UFO's from Close Encounters. And she has a white noise machine that has nice big blue light on the power button which illuminates the entire room unless I cover it. Blue light is supposed to be disturbing to the human sleep cycle, and I wonder why these companies don't look into the science of sleep before making their products.

Anyway, if you want some help sleeping I'd highly recommend trying ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Asparate). It helps you get some nice heavy sleep, and the dreams are pretty freaky too.
