I am with yo on dimming the lights! My alarm clock does have a dim light, and that's the one thing that doesn't bother me. I cover my DVR, my phone, my keyboard, and anything else that shines even a little light.
Where do yo get the ZMA? From GNC, health food store or like walgreens or something?
