but there are tons and tons of them,
chernobyl
fukashima
bhopal
bp oils spill
structure fires and collapses
plane crashes
oil spills
boat sinkings
dams breaking
chemical explosions
earthquakes
tsunamis
hurricanes
tornadoes
volcanoes
the issue is sorting out the good docs from the bad ones and not wasting time on the bad ones
