The last part cracks me up. Do you think if the government (US in this case, since this is where you are hosted) got a warrant to view all files on your server, that people wouldn't be busted if you had, say, illegal child porn pictures on your site? If someone wrote a threatening e-mail to someone? If someone admitted to molesting a child? They could very easily get all the information on your "members" if they felt it was needed.
You cannot assure your members what you are stating.
