1. The Nazi's didn't "make Bush's family rich". He was already rich when Bush's grandfather was on the board of a U.S. bank that held funds for a company in Germany that made money off of "defense" (making weapons for Germany). In 1942 the U.S. seized the assets of that bank.
2. This thread isn't about campaign finance. It's about Mrs. Clinton rewarding people who gave money to her husband and to their foundation. Totally fucked up and illegal and nothing at all to do with what you quoted about Sanders and Warren.
Trying to say that we need to remove "money" is ridiculous.
What we need to "remove" are the people who run for office and TAKE that money.
I don't blame any business for trying to gain leverage by spending money. I blame the piece of shit, lying, crooked, politicians who are "for sale" and take that money.
The two-party system is corrupt. It's set up to only allow those who "play the game" to ever get anywhere near the top. That's why we ALWAYS end up with shitty politicians, shitty foreign policy, and shitty economic policy that benefits a few and fucks over everyone else.
All these decades and decades of Republican and Democrat rule and the only "solution" people seem to have is...vote for ANOTHER Republican or Democrat.
No wonder they shit in our faces. They have figured out that they can stay in power together for perpetuity with no repercussions for their actions.
You're a Democrat and fuck the country? No problem. They'll simply vote in a Republican next time, and in 4 to 8 years (after the Republican fucks the country) they will vote in ANOTHER Democrat.
