Peter Schweizer, the guy that wrote that book, used to be a part of the stupidly named "Government Accountability Institute". His backers are right wing nut-jobs like the even-more-stupid-than-fox news Breitbart.com, funders Ted Cruz's presidential campaign, and others. This clown was also an adviser to George W Bush and a paid consultant for Sarah Dumb-as-fuck Palin.

Here's more. In 2012, Karl Rove's Superpac made an attack ad saying that Obama skipped over half of his intelligence briefings to play golf, with the source being The Washington Post. As it turns out, that "information" came from a "report" from "The Government Accountability Institute", headed by Peter Schweizer, and who also wrote the report. The Washington Post decided to fact check Schweizer and found him wrong on everything, and his report to be bogus.
In other words, he's just another right-wing bullshitter, paid to lie to YOU, by other right bullshitters, to trick you and other idiots into voting for them.
