I dont think youre understanding the scope of the situation. She was recording federal officers performing an investigation, this investigation was going on for quite some time. IF the identities of those involved were released bad things could happen. She was not within her right to be recording, in fact it may be illegal. I dont agree with the smashing of the phone i think deleting it would have been sufficient. Then again who knows what happened between the woman and marshalls before the cameras were recording the both of them.
