I think we all understand you want the credit and the 'scoop' for the Fabian thing Mike, but you seem to have lost a bit of respect here, hmm? I've been following your stuff for years, but you lost a lot of respect from myself & the company I work for when you put Diez's ad space at the top of your site for months and months and months on end without ever noting what was going on here.

You make a legit point there at the time the sites passed my rules, no stolen content etc...they did have some galleries from manwin sites but that wasnt a deal breaker. they paid a lot of money for that header and they paid for a whole year in advance. When it came up for renewal I nixed it. Ya i coulda used the cash but in the end it wasnt worth it. It clearly violated my policy.

I do get quite a bit of email (a lot from the stagliano stoy) from company owners pointing out that AVN and XBiz wont run stories like that even though in the end it helps them to know how OSHA targets and fines companies...it may dsave them from the same fate.

I try to make sure that if something useful comes up I run it. for all the laughing here the Fabian story is in fact a big one. I was under the idea that Fabian had bought his way out of being prosecuted but that showed it wasnt the case. It also points out some of the things that could come up in the trial that might make Manwin/MindGeek very nervous...as well as shining more light onto the operations of Manwin.

All of this at a time when Manwin can little afford the scrutiny.
