From a quick scan there are 3 problems which jump straight out
1. They look for all forms of Autism including genetic, rather than just Regressive Autism (i.e. Vaccine Autism), thereby diluting the association.
2. They assume that MMR is the only vaccine associated with Autism; just because a child skipped MMR doesn't mean they skipped the other 50 jabs. Those who are at most risk will almost certainly go Autistic after the other jabs even if they skip MMR.
