I never believe those celebrity work out stories. For one thing, working out 6 hours a day will not get you those results -- it's more likely to lead to overtraining.
And Bradley Cooper did not add 40 pounds of muscle in a few months for American Sniper. It's not physiologically possible. Looking at his pictures though, I'd believe he added about 10 pounds of muscle (that's being generous) and 30 pounds of fat. What I like to call Fuscle.
