The required conditions for the exchange WebMoney
Dear users! We remind you that there are some required conditions for the exchange in Webmoney system:
1) Exchange transactions are made only between purses belonging to the same WMID
2) Output operations are performed only to the bank accounts of the owner WMID
3) Input Operations are made only from the bank accounts of the owner WMID
