A link dump can be fine, providing that your script is written properly.
It needs to rewrite the submitted link URL differently. Make the link within your domain by hiding your URLs, and make sure that those that submit give you a decently written description of "X" amount of characters.
You may want to manually approve until you get a decent amount of trusted submitters.
