I think many are holding on hoping the tides will change. Others saw the smoke and ran.

It's the same with my ISP at home I am waiting and waiting hoping they fix the issue when the resolution is switching carriers. Problem is, I just don't want to deal with switching carriers, changing equipment and setting up a new home network. I would almost rather deal with less than stellar performance than going through headaches of trying to send back my router and setup a new account elsewhere. Although as I write this statement, I am now pissed again at my ISP, but will still probably do nothing!
