I class Namibia which is above South Africa and borders Angola, Zimbabwe and Botswana as a kind of second home.
I have been multiple times and love the place.
I usually travel to the north (Ondangwa, Oshikati region) and above. Here you don't get running water or electricity for the most part but for many it's a chosen way of life.
Most big shops have security with a gun on the door and you have to leave bags at the door..
Street kids are a nuisance often...
Aside from this though the people are fantastic and friendly and the country is truly amazing.
