So how does this fit into the OP? Well we know that Muslims take great offense to people creating an image of Mohammad. It's in their Holy Book after all not to do this thing.
Sure, it might sound ridiculous to you or me that simply drawing a picture might make some one mad. Purposely doing it with the expectation that is will make someone mad, is therefore purposely trying to incite a reaction. Given the people whom they are trying to incite often resort to violence, it's very easy to say that they knowingly did it in order to incite a violent reaction.
Someone pissing on your head is inciting the same reaction as in this case of drawing their Prophet Mohammad. I realize you are likely too simple minded to make this connection but hey at least I tried.
