If you were hosting with us and this kept happening I would give you 6 months str8 up for the problems we occurred you. On the other hand if it wasn't due to our tech's or hardware we would try to resolve it for you if you ordered the managed shared or managed dedicated servers and then if we couldn't do it in a timely manner the the free month to 6 months would apply.
