Both can be fixed easily, its a 2 second edit for both. Every model i've shot has flaws like these, thats what post is for. it takes no time. and video, you dont even notice flaws like this if youre a good shooter
this is done from the low res image, took two seconds, nobody should be worrying about flaws so minor. takes more time to edit a handful of pimples on a face. and if shot for a glamour photographer, they heavily photoshop their content anyway, this would be adding hardly any time to the process
